Should have knowledge of e learning standards, and SCORM/AICC standards
Worked as instructional design and learning architecture and have used various application simulation tools
Should have expertise in working across varied products across web, print and digital for creative communications like telestrations, Prezi presentations, Multimedia Animations using cutting edge technology and ability to adapt to new requirements/new tools.
Work on design, visualization and media development independently/be a media lead for any kind of complexity level media project
Build Functional Competency as Media Lead – Conduct Training, Present in Media Forums, Mentor and Coach aligned media team members, drive reusability and other media practice initiatives for self and aligned media team members
Create high-end cutting edge design for Complex projects/New Showcase demo samples
Should be good in providing Media Solutioning Support and experience candidates should do the role of subject mater experts (SME)
